Michigan State Police (MSP) responded to a two vehicle collision caused by a ninety-two year old making a U-turn that left a semi truck upside down on Tuesday morning.
The crash occurred shortly before 8 a.m. on December 5 on I-94 in Sylvan Township, Michigan.
Troopers say that a 92 year old man traveling east on the interstate in a silver Cadillac tried to make a U-turn using a median turnaround.
The Cadillac was struck by a semi truck hauling 70,000 car batteries that was traveling east on I-94.
The crash caused the semi truck to roll off the interstate and come to a stop upside down.
Both drivers were hospitalized with minor injuries.
