The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has closed a rest area located off of I-5 in Federal Way for repairs.
The SeaTac safety rest area located on northbound I-5 about 7 miles north of Tacoma closed for scheduled maintenance at 7 a.m. on March 20.
The rest area will reopen on the morning of Friday, March 24.
Officials say that the weigh station will remain open during the rest area closure.

From 7am this morning through this Friday morning (3/24):
The northbound I-5 SeaTac safety rest area will be closed for regularly scheduled routine maintenance work.
