Police are responding to a major multi-vehicle pileup reported on an Idaho interstate.
The crash occurred around 8 a.m. on Monday, November 27, on I-86 east at mile marker 54 in the Pocatello area.

The Idaho State Journal reports that as many as 30 vehicles are involved in the crash, and that many of those vehicles are semi trucks.
At least one person was transported to a hospital for treatment of injuries.
Heavy fog was reported in the area when the crash occurred.
I-86 eastbound is closed from Airport Way to mile marker 58. Heavy traffic delays have been reported.
