A truck driver was fatally shot by police on Wednesday morning during an altercation near Stroud, Oklahoma.
The incident began when an Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) trooper pulled over a semi truck near a toll plaza on the eastbound Turner Turnpike at mile marker 183, according to KOCO.
An altercation occurred during the traffic stop and the trooper shot the truck driver.
The truck driver did not survive.
The trooper is uninjured.
The nature of the altercation is unclear.
