Video appears to show person stealing cargo from truck stuck in traffic
Video captured in Chicago shows an apparent cargo theft that occurred while the truck was stuck in traffic.
The video was shared by Instagram account chicagomediatakeout on July 22.
In the quick clip, you can see a truck sitting in traffic with a trailer door open. A person is then seen jumping from the trailer and running away carrying unknown items.
