FST acquires second, “state-of-the-art” Ohio-based trucking company

FSt Logistics has announced the successful acquisition of another Ohio trucking company in a press release this month. 

FST Logistics, headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, has acquired Dancer Logistics of Delphos, Ohio as part of its growth strategy. 

Dancer Logistics is known for its technological advancements and commitment to its customers over the last twenty years, states the Press Release. FST’s acquisition of Dancer helps the company to diversify its client base and extend its services. FST will consolidate operations between the two companies as a way to increase cost savings and operational efficiency.
