Officials are investigating the death of a truck driver at a landfill in Minnesota on Wednesday.
The incident happened on March 12th in Elk River, Minnesota.
According to Fox 9, a trucking company called the Elk River Police Department at around 9 a.m. to report one of their drivers missing. The driver was supposed to be delivering a load to the landfill located at 225th Avenue Northwest and U.S. Highway 169.
Officers arrived at the landfill after receiving the missing persons report and found the truck driver dead at the scene.
The truck driver’s death is still under investigation, but police do not suspect foul play.
