Eastbound I-80 rest stop in Nebraska closed for semi truck rollover

A semi truck rollover shut down an eastbound I-80 rest stop in Nebraska on Monday morning. 

The accident happened on Monday, April 21st at around 10 a.m. near Ashland, Nebraska. 

According to Nebraska 511, a semi truck overturned as it exited eastbound Interstate 80 and entered the rest stop at mile marker 425. The accident split open the trailer, spilling the load along the grassy shoulder. The cab of the semi truck was left partially blocking the road. 

The semi truck accident has shut down the rest stop. As of 11 a.m. CDT, the rest stop was still closed for cleanup of the incident. There is no estimated time of reopening.
