Video shows semi truck’s heart-stopping close call with powerful Montana winds

Video shows a semi truck driver battling a bout of strong wind on a northern Montana roadway.

The video was captured on January 16, 2025, in Browning, Montana.

In the clip shared by local outlet KULR8 News, you can see the wind lifting the semi trailer’s wheels, nearly topping the truck as it travels on the roadway. The driver is able to recover, but the near blowover sends the semi into the wrong lane of traffic. Fortunately, a fellow trucker was able to slow and the driver was able to maneuver back into the correct lane.
