Prime Inc. is planning to invest $160 million into a new Georgia terminal featuring unique amenities such as a hair salon and basketball court.
Prime initially bought the 131 acre property in May 2025 for $40 million in Griffin, Georgia.
According to CoStar, Prime now plans to invest $160 million into the property to turn it into a massive terminal with a wide variety of amenities. Once constructed, the truck terminal will feature a basketball court, a hair salon, hotel accommodations, a fitness center, tire recycling, and even a used truck and trailer sale lot.
The location will host multiple buildings totaling 161,000 square feet. The property is 3 miles from Interstate 75 at 3739 High Falls Road – about 50 miles from Atlanta. Construction is projected to start later this year.
