Secretary Duffy & family center of “Great American Road Trip” reality show

Transportation Secretary Duffy and his family are at the center of a new reality show dubbed “The Great American Road Trip.” 

“The Great American Road Trip” features Duffy, his wife Rachel Campos-Duffy, and their nine children as they travel across the country visiting interesting locations and participating in fun activities. 

Both Duffy and his wife participated in reality shows The Real World and Road Rules in the late 90’s, and even met on the set of Road Rules: All Stars, reported 9ABC.

Campos-Duffy has refuted criticisms that the show was paid for by tax payers, and says that no one in their family was paid for their participation over the last seven months. 

“The Great American Road Trip” website lists sponsors like Boeing and Toyota among those funding the project.
