Police in search of company’s tractor trailer that disappeared with driver behind the wheel

Police are searching for a missing truck driver thought to be responsible for the theft of a tractor trailer in Pennsylvania earlier this month. 

Police were called to the trucking company on January 24th. The tractor trailer was driven away from 5 Rivers Trucking at 511 Cando Expressway in Humboldt, Pennsylvania by Henry Pinckney, a truck driver at the company, earlier in the month. 

According to the Shenandoah Sentinel, the company had not heard from their driver or seen the truck since January 18th. 

The incident is being investigated as a stolen vehicle case. The rig in question is a 2018 white International tractor with Pennsylvania license plate AG-59575. The trailer in question is a white dry van with Pennsylvania Permanent Trailer plate PT-924C6.

Anyone with information on the missing vehicle or missing truck driver is urged to call State Police at Hazleton at 570-459-3890.
