A weigh station scale house on I-95 in Waterford, Connecticut was heavily damaged this morning when an SUV slammed into the building.
The crash was reported around 11 a.m. on the southbound side of the interstate near exit 82, according to NBC Connecticut.

Reports indicate the that SUV driver was driving erratically before crashing into the scale house.
The SUV driver suffered only minor injuries. No other injuries were reported.

The crash caused serious structural damage to the weigh station facility.
Police are still investigating why the SUV driver crashed into the building.
Connecticut Department of Transportation workers have finished demolishing the building.
