Position Details: OTR POSITION ONLY

At EverGreen, you can choose how you want to be paid: percentage or CPM. $2,500 sign-on bonus, $1,000 transition pay. Enjoy weekends at home, late-model equipment, and industry-leading compensation. This is a Company Driver position with a Lease-Purchase option after sixty days that attempts to get you home every weekend unless something unforeseen happens or unless you want to stay out the weekend. Drivers on percentage earn 27% of the line-haul and have the opportunity to earn up to 30%. CPM drivers can earn up to 61 CPM base, with the opportunity to earn an extra 5 CPM while pulling overlength freight and an extra 5 CPM in bonuses per quarter. If you decide to enter EverGreen's Lease-Purchase program, you'll be compensated 75% of the line haul and 100% of the fuel surcharge.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2.5 years OTR experience, with approximately 1 year of flatbed experience
