Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 23 years old
• Clean Background & Safety Record
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 3 year
• No more than 1 DOT reportable accident in the past 3 years
• No serious offenses in the previous 3 years of pattern of unsafe practices
