Trainer Pay – when you have a trainee - is:
a. $ 350 per day training
b. Remain eligible for safety bonus – while training (if you meet safety criteria)
c. Cell phone reimbursement - $ 55/day
d. Retention Bonus
Pay: Base CPM plus assessorial pay included
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
· Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment
· Use relevant technology to support instruction
· Observe and evaluate student's performance and development
· Provide appropriate feedback on performance
· Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development
· Communicate necessary information regularly to students and colleagues regarding student progress and student needs
· Valid Class A CDL
· At least 1 year verifiable OTR Driving Experience

Pay: Base CPM plus assessorial pay included
- Stop off Pay – Additional $15
- Safety Bonus – Additional .03/per mile
- Productivity bonus- Additional .03/per mile
- Drop/Hook- $5 each, totaling $10
- Live Load/Live Unload - $20 each, totaling $40
- Detention Pay- $20 per hour (after 1 hour of sitting)
- Break Down Pay- $20 per hour (instantaneously)
- $80 dollars per Diem pay
- Paid hourly additional when filing in for shuttle or spotting work
- Month Performance Bonus
- Weekly Guarantee Pay Program
