Other Regional/Dedicated Van Company Driver Benefits
- Average company driver pay is 73 CPM
- Company van drivers start at 60-62 CPM based on experience
- Mileage Incentive program:
- 1,900-1,999 miles/wk: extra $100
- 2,000-2,099 miles/wk: extra $150
- 2,100+ miles/wk: extra $200
- Average weekly pay $1,350-$1,750
- $1,000 orientation completion bonus
- Earn a minimum of $1,300/wk for their first 12 weeks with ATS

Company Driver Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL driver’s license
- Must have at least six months verifiable OTR experience
- Must meet DOT requirements
- Must have a stable, verifiable work history and acceptable driving record
