QCD Hiring Event - CDL Class A Delivery Drivers Roseville, MN | June 12-13 and June 16-17 (Invite Only)

QCD (Quality Custom Distribution) is hiring Class A CDL drivers for local routes and hosting a 4-day invite-only hiring event at our Roseville, MN distribution center.

*Note: This job requires the delivery and handling of pork products



Pay & Benefits:

• Earn $1,700-$2,200/week (solo routes)
  
• Team routes pay more
  
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
  
• $1,500 Driver Referral Bonus.
• Weekly Pay | Medical, Dental, Vision (starts 1st of the month after 15 days)
  
• Paid Holidays | Sick Leave | Vacation | Float Time
  

Schedule & Dispatch Details:

This is a night position

• 4-Day Work Week
  
• Evening Dispatch: 8:00 PM or 9:30 PM
  
• 1 Weekend Day Required
  
• Some Holiday Routes
  

Responsibilities

Driver Responsibilities:

• Operate local, multi-stop CDL routes from our Minneapolis DC to QSR customers in MN, IA, SD, and ND
  
• 100% Touch Freight - unload product using liftgate & pallet jack
  
• Deliver directly into customer coolers and freezers
  
• Drive late-model 48'/53' automatic reefer trucks
  
• Local solo routes: 8-14 hours | Team runs: 16-32 hours (no layovers)
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license
  
• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience preferred
  
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
  
• Clean, DOT-compliant driving record
  
• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions (heat, snow, rain, cold)
