Position Highlights:

• Semi-Local fleet
• Home multiple times per week or weekly through the house
• No-touch refrigerated freight (reefer)
• Brand-new 2025 automatic trucks with auto-chains
• Consistent schedules & dependable pay
• Primary Delivery Area: Colorado, Southern WY, Eastern UT

Compensation:
$1,500/wk GUARANTEED through August during the startup phase

• Average Weekly (1+ year exp): $1,411
• Top 10% Weekly (1+ year exp): $1,581
• Top 10% Annual: $82,212
• Stop Pay: $17 per stop
• Mountain Driving Bonus: (Nov-Mar): $1,000/month
• Safe & On-Time Bonus: Up to 3% of mileage pay

Your Experience Pays:

• 0 - 1 yrs: 70 CPM
• 7 - 9 yrs: 79 CPM
• 10+ yrs: 80 CPM

Schedule & Routes:

• Average Miles/Week: 1,700
• Loads/Week: 6.7
• Stops/Week: 13
• 7-day operation with day and night shifts
• Home Time: Multiple times per week through the house + 34 -hour weekly reset

Equipment:

• 2025 model trucks + automatic transmissions + auto-chains
