OTR Company Drivers:

We produce efficient and reliable services across the continental United States while treating drivers like family by providing the benefits they want! We continue to grow a strong and capable team that overcomes the challenges of the constantly moving transportation business.

Driver Requirements: 

• 1099 Position
• We require 2 years of verifiable OTR driving experience within the last 3 years
• We ask you to be at least 23 years of age to apply.
• No more than 3 violations in the last 3 years), and NO history of equipment abandonment
• We DO NOT hire out of CA, OR, WA, LA, MS, GA, AL

Home-Time:

• 2 weeks on the road with 2 days home (minimum)
• 3 weeks on the road with 3 days home for Florida 
• 4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days home for (NV, CO, NM AZ, UT, ID, MT, WY)

What We Offer: 

• 1099 only
• Company Driver
• Approximately 3000 - 4000 weekly miles
• We run all 48 states but no NYC 
• Dry Van - NO TOUCH FREIGHT
• 0.65 cpm (after 90 days of Safe Driving, eligible for an increase in CPM)
• Take home $1950 - $2600 weekly
• Direct Deposit every Friday
• Detention pay/Layover pay / Extra Stop pay

Extra Pay & Bonuses:

• Travel & Lodging accommodations for orientation
• Safety Inspection Bonus: Level 1 $150 / Level 2 and 3 $100
• Referral Bonus: $250 (after 60 days) per driver
• Detention pay/Layover pay /Extra Stop pay

Equipment:

• Freightliner Cascadias (2020-2026)
• Volvos (2020-2026) - depends on availability 
• Kenworths (2020-2026) - depends on availability 
• Automatic transmissions and trucks are governed at 70 mph 
• Trucks are equipped with refrigerator & power inverter
