**Local Routes, Home Daily - Earn $28.00* per Hour Blended Rate + Overtime**

Pay & Benefits:

Earn $21.00 per hour, plus OT after 40 hours
Earn $5.00 per stop
Earn $2.00 quality pay (Incentive pay based on OTP per stop)
Anticipated annual W2: $62,152 **Excludes OT
Average 12-15 stops per day
Paid weekly
Direct deposit

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License with a good driving record for all drivers
6 months of verifiable Non-CDL straight truck driving experience required
Appliance installation experience preferred
Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities:

Timely and accurate delivery including installation of appliances
Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install various appliances
Must be able to follow complex installation instructions as per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, Laundry, etc.
Ability to maneuver items with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person
Safely transport and deliver appliances to customers on assigned routes, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process
