We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Driver to join our HOME DAILY Bike Fleet. This position involves hauling bikes, side-by-sides, and other crated powersports units to dealerships using both decked and non-decked trailers. You’ll be responsible for on-time deliveries, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensuring full compliance with DOT regulations. • Monday-Friday
• Saturdays when needed
• HOME DAILY

Compensation and Benefits 

• $0.57 - $0.61 CPM depending on experience (weekly pay) 
• $20 stop pay 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Load and unload bikes, side-by-sides, etc. 
• Pre- and post-trip inspections 
• Maintain accurate and compliant logs 
• Vehicle maintenance and cleanliness 
• DOT compliance 
• Company policy compliance 

 Physical Requirements 

• Sitting for extended periods of time 
• Repetitive motions (steering, clutch, etc.) 
• Regularly lifting up to 100 pounds with the assistance of a dolly 
• Maneuvering units down ramps from elevated heights 
• Climbing (into/out of truck cab and trailer) 
• Exposure to weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.) 
• Bending, kneeling, and squatting as needed and in tight spaces 
• Reaching overhead (setting up ramps) 

Wage Range: 0.57 - 0.61 per mile

• Valid CDL A 
• 21+ years of age 
• At least 2 years of driving experience 
• Valid DOT medical card 
• Must pass a DOT-compliant pre-employment drug screening 
• Must not be in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse Return-to-Duty (SAP) process
