Kansas City, St Joseph MO – Class A Driver (Developing to Home Daily)

We are hiring two drivers based in the Kansas City, Missouri area for a position that will transition into a home-daily relay run as part of our Kansas City relay operation.

Position Overview:

This lane is currently in development and is expected to take approximately 6–8 weeks to fully establish. During the development phase, drivers will be running regional trips from Missouri to Salt Lake City, UT and Cheyenne, WY while helping build and stabilize the new relay lane.

Once the relay is fully operational, this position will become home daily as part of our regular Kansas City relay operation. Leaving Kansas and turning in Kearny Nebraska. Working 5 days on 2 days off.

Pay Structure:

During Development Phase (Regional Runs):

• Base pay: $0.55 per mile + Stop pay.
• Plus up to an additional $0.10 per mile for running regional and assisting with lane development
• This additional pay is intended to compensate for the regional nature of the work during setup.

Once Relay is Established (Home Daily):

• Target pay: $300 per day

Experience Matters

We require 2 years of Class A CDL experience because we are not teaching you how to drive — we are hiring professionals who already have the skill set.
