Standard Logistics operates in the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest and Western Regions. We offer both flatbed and dry van services with a fleet of over 450 late-model day cab and sleeper tractors. Our trucks are equipped with state-of-the-art technology to ensure a seamless experience for our drivers and to provide custom solutions for your business.

We currently have openings for Class A Local Flatbed Drivers based out of Myerstown, PA.

• Days: 5 days - Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday depending on the customer.
• Start Times: Between 3am and 4am, depending on destination and appointment times.
• Length of Day: 10 - 12 hours.
• Local / Home Daily: Flatbed distance varies by customer location. We travel to some local PA and MD, CT and NY.
• Customer unload.
• $25.02 - 28.35/hr. (Average annual pay $94,000 including overtime pay and safety incentives)

What you'll do:

• Operate a flatbed trailer, secure, tarp and transport roofing materials including but not limited to shingles, rolled roofing, limestone, asphalt, headlap, wood, concrete, metals and other raw materials for residential and commercial roofing.
• Effectively communicate with customers and team, keep equipment clean and presentable
• Complete pre and post-trip inspections, verify paperwork for completeness and accuracy

We require:

• CDL A and 1 full year Class A CMV truck and tractor trailer driving experience and a safe driving record
• TWIC highly preferred
