Now Hiring CDL-A Yard Switchers & Shuttle Drivers

Workday schedule:

• Mon - Fri (Saturday if production scheduled)
• 2nd shift switcher - 2:30 pm start time - 11:30 pm end time
• 2nd shift shuttle - 2:30 pm start time - 11:30 pm end time

Pay rate:

• $21.00 new drivers/ $22.50 experienced drivers
• 1st year anniversary - $24.25
• 2nd year anniversary - $25.25
• 3rd year anniversary - $26.25

Responsibilities

• Operate yard trucks to move trailers within the yard efficiently and safely.
• Connect and disconnect trailers from tractors, ensuring proper coupling.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to facilitate timely trailer loading and unloading.
• Maintain accurate records of trailer movements and equipment usage.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies during yard operations.
• Assist with general yard organization and cleanliness to promote a safe working environment.
