Our drivers transport freight safely and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations. Flexibility is important, as some trips may exceed 2,500 miles.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle with flatbed equipment.
• Transport freight to customers throughout the United States.
• Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Properly secure and tarp loads when required.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and company personnel.
• Report equipment issues, delays, accidents, or incidents immediately.
• Ensure cargo is delivered safely, on time, and without damage.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive customer service attitude.
• Utilize electronic logging devices (ELDs) and company technology as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience preferred.
• Flatbed experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening and physical examination.
• Ability to secure freight and perform tarping when necessary.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, and secure loads.
• Ability to safely enter and exit the truck multiple times per day.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
