While the U.S. is experiencing the worst drought since 1956, many countries in Europe are experiencing torrential rainfall.
Europe has been experiencing heavy rains for the last few weeks. Â In fact, they’ve gotten so much rain, many are worried it may be the wettest Olympic games on record.
Many areas in Europe have issued flash flood and landslide warnings.
The Zulg River in Switzerland rose 16 feet in minutes.  A flash flood tidal wave swept down the river.  Video footage shows the tidal wave make its way downstream, carrying trees and logs with it.
