Drivers, are your ready for your 15 minutes of fame? Would you like the opportunity to win $10,000? If so, the Speed channel wants you for their new trucking reality series, called Payload.
Payload will feature four drivers– teams or solo, company or owner-operator– as they haul goods from point “A” to point “B,” with some obstacles and u-turns thrown in. The driver who crosses the finish line first, wins $10,000. There are seven legs to the competition, so drivers have the opportunity to win $70,000.
Truckers will still be required to follow all state and federal laws.
Who can apply? Anyone with a current CDL, and you don’t have to own your own truck!
To apply, simply fill out an application at the Payload website and send in a 5-10 minute video of yourself.
