A major structure fire destroyed the Schak Trucking facility in Tyler, Minnesota, over the weekend.
The fire was reported shortly before 6 a.m. on Saturday May 6, 2023, at the Schak Trucking facility at 201 E. Highway 14, according to a report from the Marshall Independent.
Firefighters from Tyler, Russell, Ruthton, Lake Benton, Balaton, and Arco responded to the scene, but the building was already engulfed in flames by the time that the Tyler Fire Dept. arrived.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.

According to the company’s social media pages, Schak Trucking was established in 1946 and provides refrigerated transportation services.
