What is the average # of miles per tractor?
We have a lot of new equipment with low mileage, even our older equipment tends to be lower that 500,000 miles. All of our tractors are taken out of service after 4 years which usually falls around the 500,000 mile mark.

What type of trucks does the company use?
We use a variety of Kenworth, Volvo and Freightliner trucks. We haul a mix of reefer, heavy haul, RGN, step deck, flat bed and dry van trailers.
What is the average age of the company’s tractors?
All of our tracktors are required to be newer than 4 years old. Once they reach the 4 year mark we remove them from service.
What is the average age of the company’s trailers?
The average age of our trailers depends on the type of trailer. Our reefer trailers average around 5 years old while our heavy haul equipment averages about 10 years old.

How long is the company’s orientation process?
Our Orientation process is 5 days total. Monday is used as a travel day and the rest of the week is divided between courses, meetings, drug testing and classes.
Are new hires paid anything for orientation?
$150 per day starting on Wednesday of the orientation week.
Does the company pay for all travel arrangements?
Yes, we will book and pay all travel expenses and hotel costs. If you choose to plan your travel and lodging on your own we will reimburse up to $200.

The method of travel depends on the length of the trip and the location that employees are coming from.

How does the company pay?
Pay varies on the type of equipment being driven as well as the type of freight. Base pay starts anywhere between $4,800 to $8,500 per month (10,000 miles) with many different options to increase pay and receive bonuses.
What is the max rate of pay for your drivers?
Our highest paid drivers are those in our 13 Axle Heavy Haul division who make upwards of $8,500 per month. With opportunity for a performance bonus of $500 per month, an annual raise of $100 per month, Canada Xing raise of $200 per month and opportunities for other pay increases and bonuses.
