How many terminals does the company have and where are they?
Our headquarters is located in Warren, OH. We also have a terminal in Springfield, TN.
What is the passenger policy?
We do not allow passengers.

Our lanes run east of the Mississippi river. No NYC.

0%-We have assigned trucks & trailers for our drivers. No slip seating!
Are drivers required to physically unload freight?
No, but you must be able to secure and unsecure cargo and trailer.

We operate units that are no more than 3 years old..

We operate trailers that are no more than 5 years old.
Do the trucks come equipped with APU’s?
Every truck is equipped with an APU.
Do the trucks come equipped with power inverters?
Each unit has a power inverter.
Does the company “slip seat” drivers or assign drivers to trucks?
No slip seating for our drivers! Assigned units.
Do the trucks come equipped with refrigerators?
All trucks are equipped with a refrigerator.
Do the trucks have single bunks or double bunks?
We have trucks with single bunks.

How long is the company’s orientation process?
Orientation typically lasts only 1 day, but may take up to 2 days.
Are new hires paid anything for orientation?
We do not offer orientation pay since our orientation is for a short period of time.
After orientation is finished how long will it take for the driver can get dispatched home to pick up his/her gear?
Typically, we dispatch a new driver on the first or second load to go by their home.
Are pets and passengers allowed to attend orientation with the driver?
No passengers or pets permitted.

How does the company pay?
We pay based upon percentage of the load.
How does the company handle raises?
Raises in percentage are based on the longevity of active employment.
What type of benefits does the company offer? (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.)
We offer medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental, and 401k all after 90 days of employment!
How long must a driver be employed before benefits kick in?
A driver must be employed for 90 days in order to receive health and supplemental benefits.
Does the company offer a safety bonus program?
A monthly 2% safety/production bonus is paid as long as criteria is met.

We do not offer a Lease Purchase program. However, we do take on Owner Operators who own their own tractor. We provide trailers for rent.
