At K&B Transportation we have two pay options depending on your home time needs!

  • Option one: Pays 60 CPM with a $1500 minimum guarantee! Drivers on this option are home as often as every two weeks in most areas!
  • Option two: Pays up to 70 CPM to start with a $1625 minimum guarantee! Drivers on this option must be willing to go out 2 months at a time then go home for 10 days! If you live in an area that we don't get to by truck WE FLY YOU HOME FOR HOMETIME allowing us to hire nationwide for option two.


**Drivers on option one earn $75,000 plus yearly and drivers on option two earn $85,000 plus yearly!**

      There is no unloading done by drivers.

      With our 2500 mile guarantee you are covered from the time you hit the dock.

      Is the company forced dispatched?

      Dispatch is forced in the Midwest but we do not force the east or west coast.

      Are drivers able to stay within a certain geographically area or are they required to run wherever the company runs?

      Drivers can choose to run Midwest only or can choose to run the east and west coast.

      What type of trucks does the company use?

      We have a fleet of late model Freightliner Cascadias.

      What is the average age of the company’s tractors?

      3 years old or newer

      Do the trucks come equipped with APU’s?

      Yes our fleet is 100% apu equipped.

      Do the trucks come equipped with power inverters?

      Yes they do.

      Does the company “slip seat” drivers or assign drivers to trucks?

      All tractors are assigned.

      Are drivers able to take the tractor home with them on home time?

      In most locations yes.

      Do the trucks come equipped with refrigerators?

      Yes they do.

      How long is the company’s orientation process?

      Our orientation is two days long.

      Does the company pay for all travel arrangements?

      Yes we do.

      What method of travel does the company use? (Flight, Bus, Rental Car)

      We fly our drivers to orientation.

      Does the driver get their own hotel room or are drivers required to room with another driver?

      All drivers get a single room.

      Does the company expect the driver to pay them back for orientation expenses if the driver does not drive for them for a certain period of time?

      We do not.
