Welcome to MAG Carriers, LLC! Our founder, George Hayes dedicated this company to the Lord Jesus Christ and we ultimately run under His authority. Our basic objective is to provide excellent customer service based on our Christian values of honesty and integrity. Our company started back in 2002 with George as a single truck operation. Since then, he had a vision of an all owner operator business for people like himself that want to run when and where they want, taking time off as desired. The company has gone through a few changes over the years but our goal is still the same. Through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ we have been blessed to reach our current size of around 235 owner operators and 14 company trucks. We are continuously growing and looking to lease with qualified contractors. We strive to give the best customer service in all areas in accordance with our mission statement, "To honor and glorify the Lord by providing excellent customer service based on our Christian values." Owner Operators

We are a common/contract carrier who hires Owner Operators who want to run their own business and make their own decisions. Must have at least 3 years OTR experience. Owner Operator benefits include:

Receive 90% of the gross for each load

Fuel card provided with top tier discounts at all national chains

Get paid Friday for all loads turned in by Tuesday

Run under our authority

Control your own movement and home time

We do all billing and collections

We compute and file your fuel taxes

We manage the drug program

Required Cargo & Liability insurance - $138.45 per week per truck

Occupational Accident insurance available at $30.50 per week per driver

Group rates on bobtail & physical damage

Trailers available for rental or lease purchase

Company Drivers

MAG Carriers, LLC is hiring Class A CDL drivers who have at least 3 years OTR experience. As a company driver you would have the following benefits:

Dedicated truck 

Flexible home time [7 days off per month that can be taken as a four day weekend and a 3 day weekend each month or 7 consecutive days off (this decision is left up to the driver)]

Pay at $.50 cpm or 28% of load gross

Health/Dental/Vision company sponsored benefit plans.

Incidental coverages and life insurance also available.

Available for dispatch Monday-Monday. Guaranteed minimum of $3,600 gross per month for OTR.

Paid on Friday for all loads turned in by Tuesday.

Sign on bonus after 6 months.

$500 referral bonus if you refer an owner-operator that stays with the company for 3 months or a company driver that stays with the company 6 months.

$125 layover pay per day in the event of a breakdown over the road.

Retirement account available with 3% company matching.
