McSheer Truck’in, LLC was founded in 1986 when Mack and Jan Shearer bought their first truck and Mack became an Owner/Operator. They started their business with a dream of one day owning at least ten trucks, and they began their journey of chasing that dream. It did not take long for Mack and Jan to reach that dream and surpass it. Every time they reached a dream, they dared to dream bigger. Mack and Jan learned that reaching a dream was not the most rewarding part, but Chasing the dream was where the magic happened. They understood that a combination of hard work, desire, sacrifice, and faith could make anything possible, and they instilled those same values in their sons. They adopted the motto “Chasing the American Dream”, which you will see on all our trucks to this day. Unfortunately, Mack passed away in 2011. Jan became CEO of the company, and Jan and her sons continue to grow the company. We now have more than 50 trucks that run under McSheer Truck’in, LLC including an Owner/Operator division and a Brokerage. We are a full-service logistic provider that operates Vans, Flat Beds, and RGNs. Although we have grown, we have kept the family atmosphere and values that has got us to where we are today. We do not assign Driver numbers because we know each other by name. Unlike the Corporate world, we do not see people as just numbers in a spreadsheet. We understand that no one in our company is more important than anyone else, and that it takes everyone working together to reach the dream.
