To qualify with Rickman Transport LLC, you must meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 23 years of age
• 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and/or 2 at fault accidents in the last 5 years
• Driver CSA Score must be 100 points or below
• Pass a Criminal Background Check- No Felony convictions within the last 7 years
• Have not tested positive for drugs or alcohol or refused a test within the last 3 years
