Yes. The driver must have a safe location to park their truck AND trailer when they take their home time. If they live close to our terminal in Valdosta, GA or our home office in Cairo, GA, they are welcome to park at either of those locations as well.

How long is the company’s orientation process?
2 days: Day 1 in Cairo, GA for in-house orientation; Day 2 in Valdosta, GA for road test and shop orientation

Does the company pay for all travel arrangements?
We assist with travel and hotel when necessary.
Does the driver get their own hotel room or are drivers required to room with another driver?
We book a room for each individual driver; they do not have to share a room with another driver.
After orientation is finished how long will it take for the driver to get dispatched home to pick up his/her gear?
As long as all paperwork has been completed and drug screen results are back, the driver can be dispatched immediately following the passing of their road test.

How does the company pay?

Based on my level of experience – how much is the company willing to pay me?
All new hires start out at $0.55/mile with a $0.02/mile bonus once they hit 10,000 miles each month. That bonus is paid for ALL miles for that month. Once a driver hits 2 years with RBI, the rate increases to $0.57/mile plus the $0.02/mile bonus once they hit 10,000 miles each month.
