- New Hire Orientation Questions
How long is the company’s orientation process?
2-3 days based on the driver. It is usually a 1-on-1 experience, so the orientation is really catered to you
Are new hires paid anything for orientation?
Drivers are compensated $150 for orientation, their transportation is covered by the company as well as breakfast and lunch while you're with us
