    We work with our drivers to run only the areas that you are comfortable with. We don't want to fit a square peg into round hole!

    Does your company use customer based freight or brokered freight?

    We use a mix of freight types to keep our drivers moving and making money

    Drivers are incentivized on their monthly bonus to keep their idle time under 20%

    Several trucks have APU's, but most don't. In their place we use optimized idle systems to keep the cab comfortable while minimizing idle time.

    Yes!

    We do not slip seat our trucks

    Are drivers able to take the tractor home with them on home time?

    As long as a driver has somewhere safe and secure to park the tractor and it is approved by dispatch, drivers can take their tractors home for home time

    Do drivers need to be prepared to have a place to keep the trailer on home time?

    This varies based on the drivers locaton

    Do the trucks come equipped with refrigerators?

    Yes

    Do the trucks have single bunks or double bunks?

    We have some of each

  • New Hire Orientation Questions

    How long is the company’s orientation process?

    2-3 days based on the driver. It is usually a 1-on-1 experience, so the orientation is really catered to you

    Are new hires paid anything for orientation?

    Drivers are compensated $150 for orientation, their transportation is covered by the company as well as breakfast and lunch while you're with us

    Does the company pay for all travel arrangements?

    Yes

    We work with the driver. We usually try to fly drivers in

    Does the driver get their own hotel room or are drivers required to room with another driver?

    Drivers have their own rooms for orienation

    After orientation is finished how long will it take for the driver to get dispatched home to pick up his/her gear?

    We try to send drivers home immediately - it is almost always within the week

    Are pets and passengers allowed to attend orientation with the driver?

    No

    Does the company have enough trucks for all of the drivers it hires at orientation or will the driver need to travel to another facility or terminal to recover a truck after orientation is finished?

    All drivers will be seated at the end of orientation
