We’re also dedicated to your needs, like wanting the freshest local food. It’s why our cooperative is committed to delivering quality, delicious milk to your kitchen just days after it’s left our farms.

FARM TO FRIDGE

Being in a cooperative means we manage our quality milk supply every step of the way, and it all begins with the cows on the farms. Cows are milked regularly and that milk gets stored for daily pickups by our dedicated haulers.

Haulers test the milk before adding it to the tank, then take it to one of six facilities, where it’s tested again, processed and packaged into delicious dairy products; all within a day of leaving the farm.

With an efficient distribution team, Upstate Farms products get to you quickly. Once the milk leaves the farm, it’s tested, packaged, delivered and in your home in just two or three days so your family can enjoy the freshest, best-tasting dairy around.
