A popular truck stop in Corning, California, will shut down permanently next month, according to reports.
The TravelCenters of America truck stop located off I-5 at 3524 South Highway 99 W in Corning is closing, Action News Now reports.
The outlet says that the truck stop will be closed for good as of October 15, 2024.
The reason for the store closure is unclear.
TA Corning provides 254 truck parking spaces, a CAT Scale, laundry services, shower facilities, DEF, an Arby’s and Subway restaurants, and more.
A nearby Love’s Travel Stop located at 2120 South Ave. off I-5 in Corning remains open for business. This store offers 130 truck parking spaces, a CAT Scale, 15 showers, a dog park, and more.
In July 2024, TA opened four new stores in South Carolina, Oregon, and Nevada.
