- New Hire Orientation Questions
How long is the company’s orientation process?
Orientation is typically 2 days. Training is typically 3 days. We will adjust our training to the individual driver to make sure they are ready to be successful on their own.
Are new hires paid anything for orientation?
New hires are paid hourly from the beginning of the orientation process.
- Compensation & Pay Questions
How does the company pay?
Local Positions are paid Hourly. Regional Positions are paid by the mile, delivery, detention and Per Diem.
How does the company handle raises?
Increases are looked at annually for the drivers.
How long must a driver be employed before benefits kick in?
Our Benefits begin the first of the month after 60 days of employment.

Our program pays out annually based of miles driven per year and the driver's safety record.
Does the company offer longevity bonuses or retention bonuses for tenured drivers?
Yes Allen Distribution does pay an annual retention bonus usually every December.
Does the company offer a driver referral bonus program?
The Current Referral Bonus is $800 per referral.
Does the company offer orientation pay?
Drivers are paid at their hourly rate from the time the orientation process begins through their training.
