On November 14, Charles Robinson and his wife were awarded $5.5 million for injuries Robinson suffered while working for Lubbock, Texas- based West Start Inc.

In the spring of 2007, Robinson was on top of a tarped trailer when he lost his balance and fell head-first onto the concrete.  As a result, Robinson sustained serious injuries.  He had multiple skull and facial fractures as well as brain injuries.
