Here’s a little awwww for your day. On Tuesday afternoon, two geese and five baby goslings were waddling along the shoulder of busy I-80/94 at the Illinois and Indiana border, when an IDOT Minuteman came to the rescue and provided the family of geese with an escort.
The IDOT minuteman, alone with a state police car, guarded the geese for a mile an a half down the highway.
The geese were lead to an outer road and away from traffic.
