A motorist concerned that a truck was driving erratically captured the moment that the tractor trailer overturned on Pennsylvania’s I-476.
Truck Driver Loses Control On Curve
The crash happened on Monday in Delaware County. Motorist Victor Alarcon, who filmed the arresting video, told 6ABC, “I said, ‘Hold on. I think something is going on here.’ Either he is playing around with an 18 wheeler, seems to be crazy to be playing around, or he is falling asleep at the wheel.”
Alarcon and several other Good Samaritans stopped to aid the unresponsive truck driver following the crash. The driver was later taken to the hospital for treatment of non life-threatening injuries.
The crash shut down the interstate for seven hours.
Pennsylvania State Police are still trying to determine the cause of the crash.
