Normally, to nickel and dime someone means making him pay a lot by charging a small fee for every little service. But Parkway Transport is reversing that decision (or you might say, flipping that coin).
Instead of causing a financial strain, their new 15 cent a mile pay raise has operators earning up to $20,000 more per year.
If you want to count the change for yourself, here are the numbers.
$1 base pay + 15 CPM premium (for OTR)+ 26 CMP fuel surcharge + $1.41 per mile
At that rate and an average of 3000 miles per week, operators with Parkway can count on gross revenues of more than $4000 per week.
If this sounds like the correct change for you, check out Parkway’s website for full details.
