You’ll look twice before crossing the tracks after seeing what happened to a Texas cop

Published:

A Midland, Texas, police officer’s surprising encounter with a train was captured on camera earlier this week.

The incident happened on Tuesday, May 21, in Midland County, according to CBS7.

The Midland County Sheriff’s Deputy in the video was waiting for a slow moving train en route to a call about an infant who was having trouble breathing. Clearly impatient to help the child, the officer drove around the crossing gate the second that the train had passed — and wound up paying dearly for that mistake.
