Dash cam video captured recently in Maine shows a Subaru driver nearly meeting their maker as they make a risky pass attempt.
The video was shared by YouTube user the_wr3n on May 3, 2023.

The video clip shows the Subaru driver legally moving left to pass on a two lane roadway. However, the pass attempt isn’t completed in time and an oncoming truck looms ahead. The car that the Subaru driver was attempting to pass hugs the right shoulder to provide more room. The Subaru barely squeezes through the gap between vehicles and earns a big blast of horn from the truck driver.
