Video shows truck driver’s interaction with ‘angry’ Pennsylvania state trooper

Published:

A driver-facing camera captured a tense interaction between a Pennsylvania State Police trooper and a truck driver that ended with an apology from the trooper.

In the video, a trooper pulls over a truck driver after receiving “multiple calls” that he was going over the fog line. The trooper tries to call the truck driver out for being sleepy, but the truck driver replies that he’s well rested. Then the trooper says that he personally watched the truck cross over the fog line three times. When the truck driver denies this and says that he has the proof on his dash cam, the officer takes him out of the truck and back to his patrol vehicle.

However, when the truck driver returns to the cab, the trooper seems much calmer and lets the truck driver off with a warning. The trooper even apologizes at the end of the video for his attitude toward the truck driver at the beginning of the traffic stop.
