Video Description:

This footage was taken in december of 2009 on 196 and I94 on the west coast of michigan.

A nasty storm dumped 2-3 feet of snow in a matter of just a few days. it was snowing so hard I couldn’t see 50 feet in front of me and when someone passed I lost all visibilty for nearly 10 seconds at times.

I was carrying a load that was really heavy on the tandems and light on the drives, which in this kind of weather it is very easy to jackknife if you give too much throttle or to much brake. But with patience, and a positive mindset that I could make it, I rode out the storm.
