Georgia Truck Crash Claims Life of 1 Driver, Sends Other Driver To Hospital

An early morning crash between two trucks claimed the life of a driver and sent another one to the hospital.

The accident occurred at approximately 6:20 a.m. on northbound Interstate 85 in west Georgia.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, authorities said both trucks were traveling north in the right lane of Interstate 85 near Mile Marker 18 when one of the trucks rear ended the other.

The truck that rear ended the other truck caught fire, killing the driver.

The driver of the other truck, Adrian Dejuan Tillman, 41, also suffered injuries and was taken to West Central Health Center for treatment.

Authorities are not releasing the of the deceased driver until relatives can be notified.

No further details have been released.
