In the clip, a truck driver is traveling along a narrow, two-lane road with no shoulder when he takes a blind curve and encounters another driver who made a very bad decision.
The driver up ahead clearly chose to take a chance and try to pass a third semi truck on a blind curve by driving in the wrong lane. This choice forces the filming driver to move off the road and onto the raised, slightly hilly ground bordering the narrow road. The filming driver manages to keep his rig upright and the other trucks continue on their way.
